2. Tracking or CMS Audit

I look at your actual GTM container, GA4 property, or website and document exactly what’s wrong.

3. Proposal

You get a clear, fixed-scope plan for what needs to happen and what it depends on.

4. Implementation

I do the work directly — rebuilding tracking, or building and migrating your Payload CMS site.

5. Testing

Every fix is verified in GTM Preview and GA4 DebugView. Every build is checked before it ships.

6. Support

You get documentation your team can use, and I’m available afterward for questions or adjustments.
