Privacy Policy
How SchemaNexa collects, uses, and protects your information.
SchemaNexa respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us about our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is used, and how you can reach us with questions about it. This policy is intended to describe our current practices in plain language — it is not a substitute for legal advice, and you are welcome to have it reviewed by your own legal counsel.
Effective / last updated: August 9, 2026.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
When you interact with this website directly, you may choose to give us information such as:
• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Website URL
• Company or business information
• Details about the service you are asking about, or the project you have in mind
• Any other information you include through the Request a Quote form, the Contact form, or a scheduling request
Please do not send passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive login information through any public form on this site. If a project requires access to a system (such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, or your website admin), we will ask you to share it through a more appropriate and secure method.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Where applicable, our website and the tools connected to it may automatically collect information such as:
• Pages visited and how you navigated the site
• Referral or traffic-source information
• Approximate geographic information (typically at a city/region level, not precise location)
• Browser and device type, and operating system
• General interaction data, such as which links or buttons were used
• Timestamps of visits
• IP address or similar network information, where made available to us by our hosting or analytics systems
We only describe analytics or tracking tools in this policy to the extent they are actually installed on the site — see Section 3 below.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for legitimate business purposes, including to:
• Respond to your inquiry
• Prepare a quote or proposal
• Provide the services you have requested
• Communicate with you about an ongoing or upcoming project
• Diagnose website or tracking issues you have asked us to look into
• Improve SchemaNexa and this website
• Understand how the website is being used
• Maintain the security of our systems
• Prevent spam, abuse, or fraudulent submissions
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Maintain reasonable business and project records
We do not sell personal information.
3. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tools, along with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion measurement, where those are configured. These tools can measure things like site visits, page interactions, and — where set up — conversions such as form submissions.
We use Google Consent Mode to control when these tools are allowed to run. Analytics and advertising tags do not collect or use data until you make a choice using our cookie consent banner (see Section 4 below) — if you decline a category, the corresponding tags stay off.
Google Tag Manager itself is a tag-management system; it does not necessarily store personal information on its own. The tags it deploys (such as GA4 or Google Ads) are what may collect analytics-style data, subject to Google's own privacy practices.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you first visit this site, a cookie consent banner lets you choose which non-essential categories of cookies and similar technologies we use:
Necessary — required for core website functionality, security, and essential features. These are always active and are not affected by your choice.
Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use the site and which pages or features are useful (Google Analytics 4).
Marketing — used to measure advertising performance and conversions where applicable (Google Ads conversion measurement).
This site also stores a light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so it displays correctly on your next visit. This is a first-party display preference only, is never shared with any third party, and is treated as necessary rather than something we ask you to consent to separately.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer, or manage or delete cookies directly through your browser's settings. Changing your choice will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
Your consent choice is stored on your own device only — it is not linked to your name, email address, or any other identifying information — and includes a version number, so if we materially change what these categories cover in the future, you'll be asked to choose again.
5. Forms and Lead Information
When you submit the Contact form, the Request a Quote form, or a scheduling/contact request, the information you provide may be stored in our content-management system's database and/or sent to us by email, depending on how the relevant form is currently configured. We use this information to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or begin a project.
6. Scheduling and Communication Services
Where offered, you may choose to book a call through a Google Calendar scheduling link, or start a conversation through WhatsApp. If you use either of these, you will also be interacting with Google's or WhatsApp/Meta's own systems, and their respective privacy practices will apply to that interaction in addition to this policy.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a limited number of third-party providers to operate this website and our services, including, where actually in use:
• Vercel — website hosting and application delivery
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — database infrastructure
• Google — Tag Manager, Analytics (GA4), Ads conversion measurement, and Calendar scheduling
• Resend — delivering transactional and form-notification emails
• WhatsApp/Meta — messaging, if you choose to contact us that way
Each of these providers processes information under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and project records, support security, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not currently commit to a fixed deletion schedule beyond this. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant platform's own settings (for example, Google Analytics' standard retention configuration).
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing
SchemaNexa and the third-party providers listed above may process or store information in countries other than your own. Where this happens, it is a function of how those providers operate their infrastructure, not a deliberate transfer decision made for each individual visitor.
11. Your Privacy Choices / Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are not identical everywhere, and not every right described here will apply to every visitor.
For cookie and tracking preferences specifically, you do not need to contact us — use the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer at any time to review or change your choice.
To exercise any other applicable rights, or if you simply have a question about this policy, please contact us using the details in Section 15 below.
12. Children's Privacy
This website and our services are not intentionally directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
13. External Links
This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services, technology, integrations, or applicable legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
