Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SchemaNexa website.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of schemanexa.com (the "Website") and, at a general level, your relationship with SchemaNexa as a visitor to this site. Individual client projects are further governed by their own proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement, as described below. These Terms are intended to explain our practices in plain language and are not a substitute for legal advice specific to your situation.
Effective / last updated: August 9, 2026.
1. About SchemaNexa
SchemaNexa provides digital services that may include conversion tracking, analytics implementation, Google Ads tracking support, Google Tag Manager and GA4 setup, website and CMS development, CMS migration, technical SEO, and related digital services. The specific services provided in any engagement are described in the applicable quote or project agreement, not by this page alone.
2. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Scrape the website or send it automated, abusive requests
• Use content from this website unlawfully
3. Information on the Website
Content on this website is provided as general information about SchemaNexa and its services. Service descriptions may change over time and do not constitute a binding offer on their own. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, advertising performance, or specific conversion improvements as a result of viewing or using this website.
4. Quotes and Proposals
Submitting a Request a Quote form, or otherwise asking for pricing, does not by itself create a contract between you and SchemaNexa. Prices and scopes of work can vary based on your specific requirements. A project begins only once a scope has been agreed. Where a project-specific proposal, statement of work, or email agreement is used, its terms govern that project, and where there is a conflict between that agreement and this page, the project-specific agreement takes precedence.
5. Scope of Services
Services are performed according to the scope agreed for a given project. Work outside that agreed scope may require additional approval, additional time, or a revised quote before it is carried out.
6. Client Responsibilities
Depending on the project, you may need to provide access such as:
• Website access
• Google Tag Manager access
• Google Analytics (GA4) access
• Google Ads access
• CMS or website admin access
• Hosting or DNS access
• Relevant requirements, content, or assets
Please do not send passwords or account credentials through public website forms. Access should be provided through an appropriate, secure method — for example, platform-native user invitations, a password manager's sharing feature, or another method agreed for the project. Project timelines can be affected if required access or information is not provided when needed.
7. Third-Party Platforms
SchemaNexa may work with third-party systems such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Vercel, WordPress, Payload CMS, hosting providers, and other third-party APIs. We do not control these services. Changes, outages, policy updates, account suspensions, API changes, platform bugs, or other decisions made by these third parties may affect the results or functionality of work we perform, and are outside our control.
8. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
SchemaNexa can implement, diagnose, optimize, and test technical systems, but cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, ROAS, or Google Ads results. Tracking accuracy in particular depends partly on factors outside our control, including platform behavior, visitor consent and privacy settings, browser behavior, ad blockers, third-party integrations, and how a client's own systems are configured.
9. Testing and Acceptance
Completed technical work may be tested using tools such as GTM Preview mode, GA4 DebugView, browser developer tools, other platform diagnostics, or acceptance checks agreed for the project. We ask that any issues be reported within a reasonable period after delivery so they can be addressed.
10. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or project agreement, since arrangements can differ between projects — for example, payment after completion, deposits or milestone payments, or another arrangement agreed in advance. These website Terms do not override the payment terms in an individual project agreement.
11. Cancellations / Project Changes
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement. Work already completed at the time of a cancellation or change may still be chargeable, where applicable to that project's agreed terms.
12. Intellectual Property
SchemaNexa Materials
This website's design, branding, and original written material, along with any proprietary templates or processes SchemaNexa uses in delivering services, remain SchemaNexa's property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Project Work
Ownership and rights relating to work delivered as part of a client project follow the applicable project agreement for that project, rather than this general Terms page.
Third-party assets, platforms, or software used in a project remain subject to their own licenses.
13. Portfolio / Case Studies
SchemaNexa will only publicly display client-identifying project materials where doing so has been permitted, or where the material is already public and referencing it is appropriate. Confidential account data, credentials, or non-public client information will not be published as part of a portfolio or case study.
14. Confidentiality
We make reasonable efforts to protect non-public client information shared with us in the course of a project, and handle any credentials or access data securely. This section describes our general practice and is not a substitute for a separate non-disclosure agreement where one is needed.
15. Website Availability
This website may occasionally be unavailable, updated, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
16. External Links
SchemaNexa is not responsible for the content, availability, or security of third-party websites linked from this site.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SchemaNexa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. Liability relating to a specific client project may be further addressed by that project's own agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for harm caused by your own unlawful misuse of this website. This is not intended to be a broad indemnification obligation beyond that.
19. Termination / Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to decline or stop work in reasonable situations, including suspected unlawful activity, abuse, security concerns, non-payment under agreed terms, or a material breach of a project agreement.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the law that applies to SchemaNexa's place of business, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is intended to be handled accordingly. Where a project-specific agreement specifies a particular governing law or venue, that agreement governs for that project.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
